**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to help grow our brand, reach new audiences, and drive customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Support the sales team with lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-ups.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.

Assist in organizing promotional events and pop-up sales (if applicable).

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
