**Job Title : Seller Registration Executive (Work from Home)**

**Job Type**: Work from Home (Full-time/Part-time)

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter seller details such as business information, product categories, pricing and other necessary data into the system.
- **Seller Support**: Assist sellers with any queries or issues they may have during the registration process and provide clear instructions to ensure smooth onboarding.
- **Follow-up Communication**: Follow up with sellers to ensure that their registration is complete and their stores are active.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the internal support and operations teams to resolve any issues faced by sellers and ensure a seamless registration process.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets.
- **Good Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy when entering data and verifying seller information.
- **Customer Service**: Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple seller registrations efficiently and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues and find solutions to improve the seller registration process.
- **Previous Experience**: Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Internet Access**: Must have a stable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop to complete tasks.
- **Work from Home**: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with a balanced work-life routine.
