Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other programmatic and affiliate channels.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for paid campaigns.
- Write ad copy and optimize for performance based on best practices.
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
- Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo/Pardot etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance continuously.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search.
- Stay updated with the industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to align campaign strategy with overall marketing goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Campaign Manager, or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree/certification in digital marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
