**You Are**:
You are an experienced HR professional with a passion for partnering with business leaders on strategic people initiatives. With a solid background in human resources, you thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at implementing and optimizing HR processes. You have the ability to influence and partner with various levels of the organization to achieve results. Your strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills make you an invaluable asset to the team. You are proactive, adaptable, and have a knack for driving HR transformations and fostering a positive employee experience. If you enjoy thinking big, whiteboarding ideas, and building things from scratch, this role is perfect for you.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Providing insights, recommendations, feedback, and ideas on the development of the people plan and managing the implementation of the holistic plan (e.g., talent management, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, culture) for the organization.
- Offering valuable input and expertise to client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies, and practices.
- Reviewing and analyzing talent metrics to identify trends and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Planning, managing, and providing continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and strategic objectives therein, including both annual and mid-year processes focusing on performance management and talent development.
- Supporting the Total Rewards plan, including salary planning, promotions, and job fitment at hiring.
- Collaborating with functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of HR initiatives.

**What You’ll Need**:
- MBA in Human Resources Management or related field with 10-15 years of experience, preferably in a corporate HR role.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Experience in business partnering and driving large HR transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with global teams.
