We are seeking Voice and Non-Voice Business Executives to join our amazing team, and to support US / Canadian customers by providing assistance over the phone or chat. Training will be provided for sharpening your soft skills and in the financial domain to equip you for work.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle incoming customer support and inquiries ( Voice/Chat).

Document and update customer records based on interactions.

Qualifications:
Excellent English handling skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

Preferred 1-3 years of experience in Voice or Non-Voice Support, Fresher can also apply.

Schedule:
Rotational shifts (including night shift)
8-hour shift.
Weekly 5 days.
Rotational Shift
Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Job Location: Technopark, Kollam
