**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and local communities.
- Organize promotional events, school visits, and open houses.
- Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into admissions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising and outreach campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Maintain records of admissions and marketing activities for analysis and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the education sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus.
