Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales

Representative to join our sales team at HDD Foods Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales

Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our frozen food

products to customers in your assigned territory. You will work closely with the sales

team to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and provide

exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prioritize daily sales activities to achieve \targets **Identify and develop**

new customers and maintain existing relationships with clients **Schedule**

appointments with potential clients and visit them in person to pitch products and

services **Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples to customers**

Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to

customer complaints **Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify**

potential business opportunities **Keep track of sales records, update customer**

information, and maintain an accurate database of client interactions **Attend trade**

shows, events, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote

products **Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and**

campaigns **Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and**

customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field**
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills **Ability to work**

independently and as part of a team **Proficient in MS Office and CRM software**

Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
