**Location**: Gujarat (with occasional travel outside Gujarat)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**:

- Supervise daily activities at the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out as per the project specifications.
- Monitor the construction work to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control processes.
- Guide and supervise workers on-site, providing instructions on the tasks at hand.
- **Execution of Civil Work**:

- Coordinate and execute civil construction work such as foundation work, plastering, concreting, masonry, etc.
- Ensure proper execution of civil engineering drawings and plans.
- Perform quality checks on materials used and ensure compliance with design and specifications.
- **Field Work and Site Management**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure timely and efficient progress.
- Oversee the handling and distribution of materials required for the project.
- Ensure that all work is completed within the scheduled time frame.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Understand and explain civil engineering drawings to clients.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on the project’s status and addressing concerns or queries.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by the client related to construction.
- **Travel Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel across Gujarat to various project sites.
- Occasionally required to travel outside Gujarat based on project needs.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain records of daily site progress, including material usage, workforce attendance, and work completed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on site activities, issues, and milestones achieved.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- **Diploma in Civil Engineering** (mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- **Freshers** are encouraged to apply, though any previous experience in civil work or site supervision is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **civil engineering drawings** and **site plans**.
- Knowledge of **construction materials** and **quality standards**.
- Strong **communication** skills for client interaction.
- **Problem-solving** skills to address on-site challenges.
- **Attention to detail** to ensure quality and safety.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Own Bike**:Compulsory** for travel between multiple sites and locations across Gujarat.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Occasional travel out of Gujarat for project execution and client meetings.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to handle field work and supervision at construction sites.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
- **Travel Expenses**: Covered as per company policy.
