**Job Summary**:
The Counsellor for the Executive MBA Course at our university plays a crucial role in driving admissions by effectively converting leads into enrollments.

The role involves a blend of phone-based and face-to-face interaction, catering to working professionals seeking to enhance their career through our Executive MBA program.

Additionally, the counselor will proactively engage with corporate entities for tie-ups and bulk admissions, further expanding the reach of the program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct personalized in-person and virtual counselling sessions.
- Build corporate relationships for bulk admissions and tie-ups.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports.
- Stay updated on program details and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Sales, counselling, or corporate engagement experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
