**Responsibilities**:

- **Empowerment and Training**:

- Conduct financial literacy programs to empower 350 beneficiaries every month.
- **Lead Generation and Sessions**:

- Identify and generate leads for potential beneficiaries.
- Conduct engaging and informative financial literacy sessions.
- **Attendance and CRM Management**:

- Track and record attendance of participants.
- Input participant data into the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates.
- **Certification**:

- Facilitate the certification process for participants upon completion of the program.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Collect necessary student documents including Aadhaar card, last qualification certificate, and photographs.
- Ensure proper documentation and upload into the system.
- **Networking and Outreach**:

- Build connections with colleges and schools to promote the program.
- Take photographs of training sessions and activities for documentation and promotional purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems.
- Ability to manage and organize large groups.
- Experience in financial literacy training or related fields is preferred.
- Basic understanding of documentation and data entry processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
