**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **BFSI Trainer** to deliver high-quality training programs for aspiring professionals in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions, designing course materials, and ensuring trainees develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on various BFSI concepts, including banking operations, financial markets, risk management, and insurance fundamentals.
- Develop training content, including presentations, case studies, and assessments, aligned with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide hands-on training on banking software, financial analysis tools, and customer service skills.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with BFSI industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure relevant training.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to trainees, helping them prepare for BFSI job roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize training modules as per institutional and corporate needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- years of experience in BFSI training or relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, financial instruments, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse learners.

**Job Type**: स्थायी

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
