Job Brief-
Position- Agency Channel - Sales Manager
Experience- 5+ Years
Locations available are- Janakpuri, Delhi-CP, Delhi-Pitampura, Gurgaon, Noida
Purpose: The role holder will be responsible for managing the sales team to achieve the desired sales objectives for the partner channel.
Eligibility: Graduate /Post Graduate with Sales experience in financial services / Life Insurance especially in managing partners.
Also open to consider experience form BFSI/FMCG and Pharma Industry.
Job Description:
Sales call planning Analysis of territory opportunities, strategies for effective territory coverage, customer research, identifying, prospecting and dealing with diverse customer profiles.
Achieving sales targets as per budget.
Acting as a mentor, coach & trainer for your team and driving them to meet their monthly targets.
Development of professional standards in the team by regularly training them on product and sales processes.
Coordinate, monitor and review the sales efforts of the team.
Distribution of responsibility pertaining to the clients & prospective clients between the team.
Comprehensive knowledge of the companies and competitors products.
Counselling and motivating the team.
Implementation of Strategies designed by the Management team.
Enhancing and maintaining the quality standards of business.
Key Skills:
Excellent influencing and selling skills.
Have the ability to manage and lead a team to deliver targets across the whole product range within agreed timelines.
Skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem solving capability.
Proficient in MS office.
Thorough knowledge of local Market
