Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable DFA (Diploma in Financial Accounting) Trainer to join our team in Dharampur, Gorakhpur. The trainer will be responsible for delivering quality instruction in financial accounting, taxation, and accounting software, with the goal of making students job-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and informative sessions on financial accounting, Tally ERP, GST, income tax, and related modules.
  • Teach students the fundamentals of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Provide hands-on training in accounting software such as Tally, MS Excel, and Busy.
  • Develop curriculum materials, assignments, and practice exercises.
  • Guide students through practical case studies and real-world financial scenarios.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in taxation laws and accounting standards.
  • Monitor student performance and provide feedback and support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Indian taxation system.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
  • Prior experience in teaching/training financial accounting is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students build professional skills.
