Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gorakhpur for a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling daily bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial reports, assisting with monthly closings, processing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations. The role also includes maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Experience with financial reporting and bank reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
