As part of the core sales team of Quantiphi, the Client Solutions Partner will be responsible for driving sales of our Conversational AI solutions to Contact Centers/ Customer service teams of different organizations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation:
- Drive business development and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.- Build and deepen executive relationships within the partners to drive new business opportunities.
Lead Conversion:
- Influence long-term strategic direction with customers and serve as a business partner to them- Manage entire complex sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives.- Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy and landscape.- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services related to Conversational AI solutions to customers and prospective customers- Research (business concerns, needs & requirements) and work in conjunction with the Solution Architects to propose Conversational AI and Data science solutions- Create proposals and Statements of Work in collaboration with the Delivery team
Team Management:
- Lead the team of Sales Engineers- Drive deal profitability- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills- Minimum of 5+ years of experience is required- Executive demeanor and experience working with senior client executives- Team management experience is must- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment- Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques- Experienced in Sales or CX domain:
Sales:
- Consultative Sales experience within a Conversational AI, Machine Learning, Analytics or CX company- Experience selling selling through/with partners
CX:
- Experience with AI Bot platforms, such as Dialog Flow/API.AI, Cloud ML, Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Cognitive Services, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Wit.ai, Salesforce Einstein, Rasa etc.- Understanding of the NLP space, conversational interfaces, voiced based processing- Knowledge of the Contact Center or Customer Experience domain- If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us_
