Key Result Areas

The Associate Client Solutions Partner will lead a team of Business Analysts in marketing and sales support for the Warehousing & Distribution business line.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Should build complete knowledge of the Warehousing & Distribution product lineup.
- Sales and business development support - researching prospects, generating leads, penetration strategies
- Marketing support - building case studies to be published externally, designing/executing/monitoring campaigns, co-own marketing targets
- Product management - building research that feeds into product strategy, studying market trends for future product roadmap
- Customer onboarding and management - Represent client meetings as product SME, coordinate with product teams for running pilots and monitoring milestones for successful onboarding
- Coordinate across all relevant stakeholders (founders, legal, sales, operations, etc.) for the above activities

Desired Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
- Strong stakeholder (both internal and external) management experience and good executive presence
- Working knowledge of Analytics tools (R, Python) and Machine Learning techniques
- Knowledge of at least 1 data visualization tool (PowerBI, Tableau) is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in Consumer (Retail) or Supply Chain
- Experience of tech B2B marketing/sales is preferable

Qualification

Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (MBA preferred)
