As a Domestic Sales Professional specializing in Logistics at Dios Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by forging strategic partnerships, cultivating client relationships, and delivering tailor-made logistics solutions. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for the logistics industry to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients, understanding their unique logistics requirements, and effectively communicate how Dios Logistics can meet and exceed their expectations.

**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.

**Solution Selling**: Develop a deep understanding of our logistics services and present comprehensive solutions that align with clients' business objectives, adding value to their supply chain operations.

**Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Sales Reporting**:Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.

**Client Visit**: Conduct on-site client visits on regular basis to understand their logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding industry
- Experience in sales and business development
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits as required.
