DOMESTIC TRAVEL SALES CONSULTANT

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Client Interaction**:

- Engage with clients to understand their domestic travel requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Sell travel packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transportation for domestic destinations.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Itinerary Planning & Customization**:

- Design and offer comprehensive travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Suggest popular domestic travel destinations and activities to enhance the client’s experience.
- **Operations & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to confirm bookings for hotels, flights, and tours.
- Ensure seamless execution of all travel arrangements for clients.
- **Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services like insurance, activities, and luxury upgrades.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on domestic travel trends, special offers, and discounts.
- Provide clients with the latest information regarding travel restrictions, policies, and regulations.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in travel sales (domestic market preferred).
- Knowledge of popular domestic destinations like Kerala, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Goa, etc.
- Familiarity with booking portals such as My Partner, TBO, Otila, and others.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
