Receive and log IT service calls related to hardware (servers, storage, workstations)
- Act as a liaison between production floor teams, IT support engineers, and hardware service technicians.
- Prioritize service tickets based on the impact to production or business continuity and escalate urgent issues promptly.
- Route technical calls to appropriate L1, L2, or hardware support teams based on the nature of the issue.
- Coordinate with in-house IT engineers and OEM vendors for hardware replacements or escalations.
- Maintain detailed records of all incidents, configurations, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Generate periodic reports on service performance, downtime incidents, and common failure trends.
- Help manage IT asset movement and documentation for servers, storage units, and workstations.
- Support preventive maintenance scheduling and track service contracts and warranties.
- Assist with IT audits and compliance by maintaining accurate service logs and records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
