In this role, you will be part of Learning Solutions for Projects & Engineering, Safety & Environment, Asset Management, and Joint Ventures that will support and enable capability building of the two strategic pillars of NZE (Net Zero Emissions) and RN (Respecting Nature), across the organization.

**What’s the role?**

As the Learning Advisor, you will be working as part of natural team of OD&L, HR and Learning Solutions & business SMEs, you will develop knowledge and skill sets, supporting the delivery of business strategy via effective and credible learning initiatives.

Your scope includes the full breadth of learning interventions, ranging from formal Learning (e.g. courses, assessments, blended learning), social and experiential learning (e.g. Nuggets, Portals, external learning sources) to Knowledge Management (KM) solutions supporting learning in the flow of work. You will work closely together with other teams in OD&L to make and execute appropriate buy/borrow/build decisions - going for market standards when it comes to non-differentiating capabilities and creating bespoke solutions to grow and nurture differentiating capabilities.

**Further Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Partnering and collaborating with business SME’s, GDH’s, OD&L Managers, HR and wider Learning Solutions teams to help diagnose capability gaps and provide relevant learning solutions, ensuring consistency and replication across Renewable & Energy Solutions.
- Contribute to Building a continuous learning culture across the business.
- Support to drive and sustain the Knowledge Management implementation to build a culture of learning organization, connecting people to people, people to content, supporting collaboration and capturing and re-using lessons learned.

**What we need from you**
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree with MBA (preferably in HR).
- 4-7 years of experience as a Learning Professional with strong communication, interpersonal skills, facilitating, coordinating, and coaching capabilities.
- Strong networking ability within natural teams and communities.
- Ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Learning Advisors in other portfolios and other internal (D&D team, C&P, NIIT, etc) / external partners (Learning Vendors, external certification bodies, NGO’s etc.)
- Familiarity with knowledge of “instructional learning design” and adult learning principles.
- Willing to be based in Bangalore and work in a hybrid set up.
