Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Success Advisor at 360DigiTMG's Bengaluru office. The Learning Success Advisor will engage with students to ensure their success by providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout their training journey. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing personalized learning plans, conducting training sessions, and managing learning management systems. The Advisor will also communicate regularly with students to address their concerns and provide motivation to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Training skills
  • Experience in Learning Management and managing educational technologies
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to motivate and support students
  • Experience in the educational or training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field
