We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our furniture and interior showroom team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, including individuals, interior designers, and businesses, helping them find the perfect furniture and interior solutions for their needs.

**Responsibilities**:
1) **Sales Generation**:

- Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior products.
- Showcase the features and benefits of various furniture pieces, highlighting their quality, design, and functionality.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery timelines.

2) **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide after-sales support, including coordinating deliveries, addressing product issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Passion for furniture and interior design, with an eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of different furniture materials, construction techniques, and interior design principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 4 years (required)
- Sales: 4 years (preferred)
- sales representative: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Kannada (preferred)
