**1. Customer Service & Dining Experience**:

- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and ensure they are comfortably seated.
- Provide menus and offer detailed explanations of dishes, taking special care to recommend items based on guest preferences.
- Take orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely and correct service.
- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Handle table reservations and ensure proper seating arrangements to maximize service efficiency.

**2. Team Leadership**:

- Supervise waitstaff, ensuring that they are providing excellent service and adhering to restaurant standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff on service procedures, customer interaction, and dining etiquette.
- Ensure the dining area is well-organized and that the staff is performing duties efficiently.
- Lead by example to maintain a high standard of professionalism and punctuality among the team.

**3. Restaurant Operations**:

- Oversee the overall flow of service during the shift, ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor table turnover, ensuring that the tables are promptly reset and available for new guests.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing inventory for dining needs (cutlery, crockery, etc.).

**4. Handling Guest Feedback**:

- Take ownership of guest satisfaction and ensure any complaints or issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Collect feedback from customers to relay to the management team for continuous improvement.

**5. Coordination & Reporting**:

- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure that orders are delivered in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
- Report any operational issues or concerns to the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the dining area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 - 11 per week
