**Responsibilities**:
**Generate Leads**: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
**Client Acquisition**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and corporate partners to drive enrollment in our MBA/PGDM programs.
**Sales Presentations**: Conduct effective presentations to showcase the value proposition of our programs, addressing the needs and aspirations of potential students.
**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights for product development and marketing strategies.
**Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
**Feedback Loop**: Provide regular feedback from the market to help improve our programs and services.
**Qualifications**:
**Education: Master's/** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential students, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
**Networking**: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
**Result-Driven**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the education landscape in Jaipur is a plus.
