Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The candidate will work closely with teams to establish strategic partnerships, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and seize growth opportunities
  • Strong skills in Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Solid background in Business strategies and understanding of market trends
  • Effective Communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and negotiate successfully
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with prior experience in business development
