Developing new dishes and beverages to attract and retain customers.

Ensuring that all food and beverages meet quality and safety standards.

Monitoring the presentation and portion sizes of dishes and drinks.

Overseeing the procurement of food, beverages, and supplies.

Managing inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of items.

Training and supervising wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain high service standards.

Scheduling staff effectively to meet service demands while controlling labor costs.

Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Interacting with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality.

Setting and managing budgets for food and beverage operations.

Monitoring sales, costs, and profitability, and taking corrective actions as needed.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations.

Organizing and managing special events, such as banquets or themed nights, to attract customers and increase revenue.

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings.

Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotions and special offers.

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms.

Evaluating supplier performance and seeking new sources for better quality or pricing.

Analyzing sales trends and customer preferences to forecast demand and plan accordingly.

Conducting regular analysis of financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Implementing environmentally friendly practices and promoting sustainable food and beverage options.

Managing waste reduction and recycling efforts within the food and beverage operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
