**Role Overview**:
The AGM - Sales will oversee day-to-day sales operations, client acquisition, and revenue generation activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive project sales and revenue growth.
- Generate and manage leads through multiple channels including brokers, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and track achievements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and corporate accounts.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, and project execution teams.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
