**Job Title**: Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Solar Sales
**Experience Required**: 6+ Years (Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience is mandatory)
**Location**: Meerut, Roorkee (Willingness to relocate is required)
**About the Role**:
A strong grasp of financial concepts, especially Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), is highly preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the solar sales to achieve business targets and drive growth in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for CAPEX and RESCO solar projects to acquire and retain clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate high-value contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Preparation of sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
- Travel extensively to meet clients, attend meetings, and oversee project progress.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 years in solar sales, with at least 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth understanding of solar plant systems.
- **Financial Acumen**: Strong knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and execute business plans aligned with company goals.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
