We are looking for a responsible **AGM-Admin** to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to working life and communication. This role requires a high level of trust and authority, acting as a key liaison to drive organizational success.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Ø Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects.
Ø Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with the Managing Director's objectives.
Ø Manage the daily schedule, meetings and travel arrangements to optimize time and productivity.
Ø Oversee coordination between departments, ensuring the timely execution of tasks, compliance with processes, and alignment with company goals.
Ø Organize and maintain all official and personal documents ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Ø Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary.
Ø Assist with strategic planning by reviewing reports (including MIS) and providing actionable insights to drive company growth.
Ø Create spreadsheets and presentation information for client meetings.
Ø Prepare the presentations for the ongoing and upcoming projects.
**Skills and Qualifications**
Ø Must have 10+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Ø Preferred experience in data management, document creation, and file organization using MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs, and Google Drive.
Ø Confident and presentable with a professional appearance.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
