**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **HVAC Assistant Technician** to support our senior technicians in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems. This role provides hands-on experience and a growth path in the HVAC field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
- Help prepare, clean, and assemble components and ducts
- Ensure workspaces and tools are clean and organized
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and holding materials

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of HVAC tools and procedures
- Physically fit and able to handle labor-intensive tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior technicians
- Prior HVAC or construction-related experience is a plus

**Skills Required**:

- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Team player with good communication skills
- Time management and punctuality
- Attention to detail and safety

**Pay**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
