**Position: Telecaller**

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 0-2 years
**Salary**: 10k to 15k (per month)
**Location**: C-181, C Block, Sector 63, Noida, Chotpur, Uttar Pradesh 201301
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services offered by A&S Creations.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and confidently to customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales and generate leads for field sales teams.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call logs and prepare call reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (any regional language is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Pleasant voice and confident phone handling skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer support will be an advantage.
