**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and monitor relevant **Government and Private Tenders** (Offline & Online), including from portals like CPPP, Eprocure, State Portals, and GeM.
- Prepare documentation for **GeM bids**, including uploading product details, catalog management, and pricing.
- Draft and submit **competitive quotations** and proposals as per client/tender specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Purchase) for documentation, product specifications, pricing, etc.
- Ensure timely submission of all tenders, EOIs, RFPs, and bids.
- Maintain proper filing of all tender-related documents.
- Attend pre-bid meetings (online/offline) as required.
- Follow-up and track submitted tenders and quotations until final outcome.
- Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and tender conditions.
- Handle tender documentation including EMDs, affidavits, declarations, certificates, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor pricing strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com/BBA/B.Tech or equivalent). MBA is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of **GeM Portal, CPPP**, and e-Tender portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
