Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tender Executive with experience in the PEB industry to manage tendering processes, including identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and submitting bids on time. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the PEB/structural steel industry, excellent coordination skills, and an understanding of government and private sector bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and identify suitable tenders through online portals, newspapers, and industry contacts (e.g., GeM, E-Tendering platforms).
  • Study tender documents (NIT, BOQ, Drawings, Terms & Conditions) and understand the scope of work.
  • Prepare and compile technical and commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, purchase, and project teams to gather inputs for tender submissions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred) or any relevant discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the PEB/Steel Structure industry in a tendering role
  • Ensure timely submission of bids, both online and offline.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted, deadlines, and post-tender communication.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and track their status.
  • Assist in pricing and cost estimation by coordinating with estimation and finance teams.
  • Analyze competitor bidding strategies and pricing trends.
  • Handle pre-qualification documents (PQD), vendor registrations, and compliance documentation.
  • Requirements:
  • Graduate in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred) or any relevant discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools (for coordination purposes).
  • Knowledge of taxation, commercial terms (GST, LD, EMD, PBG, etc.).

What We

  • 1–3 years of experience in the PEB/Steel Structure industry in a tendering role.
  • Familiarity with government and private e-tendering platforms (GeM, NTPC, IOCL, CPWD, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and BOQs.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools (for coordination purposes).
  • Knowledge of taxation, commercial terms (GST, LD, EMD, PBG, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
