Virtual Construction Bidder

As a Virtual Construction Bidder, you will embark on a journey into the construction industry, leveraging virtual platforms and technologies to engage in the bidding process, prepare estimates, and assist in the management of construction projects from their inception through to their completion. Your role will involve the utilization of spreadsheet tools for creating bid proposals, assisting in property feasibility studies, and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality, under the guidance and collaboration with experienced project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Real Estate Bid Preparation and Analysis**:

- Utilize the functionality of Internal Software to prepare competitive bid proposals for real estate development projects.
- Assist in evaluating property acquisition costs, potential renovation budgets, expected resale values, and projected profits based on historical data, market trends, and preliminary financial models.
- Support in developing bid proposals and recommendations by performing initial analysis, focusing on the feasibility and potential profitability of each opportunity.
- Participate in reviews of ongoing and completed projects to learn from outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help analyze project results, including costs and sales prices, to support the refinement of bidding strategies and enhance future bid success rates.
- Employ data-driven insights and project feedback to support decision-making and improve bidding processes.
- **Virtual Construction Management Assistance**:

- Support the coordination of construction phases from planning to execution, working under the guidance of the Construction Manager.
- Assist in collaborating with architects, engineers, and specialists to ensure project requirements are met.
- Help monitor the project budget, timeline, and quality standards, making suggestions for adjustments to align with project goals.
- Contribute to the management of project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Utilize scheduling software under supervision to assist in project tracking and documentation.
- Support compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Assist in the procurement of tools, materials, and equipment, maintaining inventory records.
- Participate in feasibility studies and planning sessions, contributing to discussions and learning negotiation skills.
- Aid in generating progress reports and coordinating with onsite teams for smooth operations.
- Contribute to risk management processes to ensure project safety and compliance.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns in collaboration with the project manager.
- **Training and Support**:

- Engage in the development of training materials and best practices guidelines, contributing to the team’s skill development.
- Learn and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the bidding and development process followed by the company.

Qualifications:

- Basic experience in construction management, project bidding, or financial analysis, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of interpreting data to support decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Motivated and resourceful, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- An interest in virtual collaboration tools and project management software.
- A foundational understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry regulations is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
