Role & responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Digital Marketing Management:
Oversee digital campaigns using social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising to reach potential buyers and sellers.
- Content and Brand Management:
Create and manage marketing content to build brand awareness and promote property listings.
- Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation and conversion rates to refine marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and maximize ROI.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, design, development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
- Website and Online Presence:
Maintain and enhance the company website and online platforms to attract and engage audiences.
- Market Research:
Conduct market research and stay informed on evolving consumer preferences, new technologies (like virtual tours), and industry trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Marketing Expertise:
Strong understanding of various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
- Digital Skills:
Proficiency in SEO, social media, email marketing, and website analytics.
- Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategy and measure results.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to the dynamic real estate market and evolving consumer expectations.
- Education:
Often requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Preferred candidate profile MBA/ PG in Marketing.
