**Designation**: Executive or Sr. Executive

**Role**: International voice customer service & sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Should have fair knowledge about basic technical and sales.

**Minimum qualification**: PUC (12th) / Diploma (3years)

**Salary Range**: INR 2.49 to 4.0 LPA CTC (Freshers to Experienced)
