**Job Summary**:
Comcast is hiring freshers for its Voice Process (CL12). This role involves handling voice-based customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Follow communication guidelines and scripts while dealing with different customer types.
- Achieve performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency metrics.
**Interview Process**:
- **1st Round**: HR Initial Screening
- **2nd Round**: SVAR / Voice Versant - 60
- **4th Round**: Operational Interview
**Eligibility**:
- **Qualification**: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Salary (CL12)**: Up to ₹3,70,000 per annum
- **Take-home Salary**: ₹24,000 per month
- **Incentives**: ₹2,500 per month (based on performance)
- **Transport**:
- One-way cab facility (only for night shift)
- Free transport for women employees at night (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Male employees will be charged ₹75 per one-way cab ride
**Additional Information**:
- Work from office only (No remote option)
- 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹370,000.00 per year
