**About Job**:

- Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via Calls.
- Qualification : 10+2 or 10+3 or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months experience
- **Must have minimum 6 months international Voice Process experience.**:

- Should have excellent English communication in verbal and written.
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support.
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues.
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
- Free Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop).
- Free food facility.
- 5 days working 2 days off.
- Medical Insurance will be provided.
