**Position - Executive Assistant to Recruiting Genie’s Founder**

**Required exp. **- 0 to 1 year in EA/ PA
**Work location** - Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida

**Work days & timings** - Monday to Saturday (10am - 7:30pm)

**Job brief**

We are currently looking for an executive assistant to be the supportive force for Recruiting Genie’s Founder.

The ideal person for this job role will be a workaholic, proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system.
- Assist in operational duties such as recruiting and sales/ marketing as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information of Recruiting Genie’s workplace, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business teams.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 0 - 1 year experience in Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role reporting directly to upper management if preferrable.
- Good in written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
- Ability to keep company confidences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
