**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in brewing operations including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, and wort cooling
- Monitor and manage fermentation processes including gravity checks, dry hopping, and temperature adjustments
- Operate and maintain cellar equipment including tanks, hoses, pumps, and cleaning systems
- Participate in cleaning and sanitization of brewhouse and cellar equipment (CIP/SIP)
- Assist in packaging operations (kegging, canning, bottling) as required
- Record and monitor brewing data to ensure consistency and quality
- Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and quality protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed production logs
- Support inventory management of raw materials and supplies
- Participate in sensory evaluations and QA/QC procedures
- Help with general maintenance and troubleshooting of brewing equipment
- Represent the brewery professionally at events or tours, if required

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1+ year(s) experience in a production brewery or relevant brewing education preferred
- Understanding of brewing science and beer styles
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 55 lbs, standing for long periods, working in wet/cold/hot environments)
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely
- Good communication and time management skills
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
