**Job Summary**:
As a Coffee Brew Master, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of coffee brewing and preparation to ensure the highest quality coffee products for our customers. You will manage the coffee brewing process, including selecting and sourcing beans, developing roast profiles, and optimizing brewing methods. Additionally, you will train and supervise café staff in coffee preparation techniques and uphold standards of excellence in **coffee quality and customer service.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Select and source high-quality coffee beans from reputable suppliers, considering flavor profiles, origin, and sustainability practices.
- Develop and refine roast profiles to enhance the flavor, aroma, and complexity of different coffee blends and single-origin coffees.
- Oversee coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, pour-over stations, and batch brewers, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
- Train café staff in coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, manual brewing methods, and milk steaming, to consistently produce excellent coffee beverages.
- Monitor brewing parameters, such as grind size, water temperature, and extraction time, to optimize coffee flavor and quality.
- Conduct regular cuppings and sensory evaluations of coffee samples to assess quality and identify potential improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the coffee preparation area, including equipment cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and freshness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new coffee varieties, and brewing techniques to innovate and enhance coffee offerings.
- Provide guidance and support to café staff in delivering exceptional customer service, including educating customers about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
- Collaborate with café management to develop seasonal coffee specials, promotions, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Uphold company standards and policies regarding food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor characteristics.
- Proven experience in coffee roasting and brewing, with a strong portfolio of successful coffee blends and brewing techniques.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing devices.
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills, with the ability to discern nuances in coffee flavor, aroma, and body.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in training and supervising café staff.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain consistency in coffee preparation.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices related to coffee preparation.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift bags of coffee beans, and operate coffee brewing equipment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
