**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your enthusiasm for coffee and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere will enhance our customers' experience.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstations.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items, reporting any shortages to management.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices at all times.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage crafting is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and flavors.
