Position Description
The Job would require you to work on the end-to-end business development and Sales for our products/solutions.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Develop and execute Go to market strategies to achieve revenue targets through new products or solutions.
- Execute the end-to-end sales cycle for specific solutions.
- Spot risks and come up with creative solutions to the risks in order to ensure a smooth Go to market.
- Take care of creative objection handling for the products, along with commercial negotiation and closure of agreement.
- Lead business development initiatives required to bring in leads for new products
- Set up the solution post-sales cycle and onboard the customer to build a month-on-month sustainable revenue stream
- Collate and route customer feedback to the product team to build a better product
- Manage accounts and achieve growth within the accounts by maintaining a productive relationship

**Eligibility**

The following are the important eligibility requirements for this Job:

- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue focused roles at a high-growth company, and experience in a B2B Software Product would be preferred.
- MBA + B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or equivalent degree would be preferred.
- Fluent in Verbal and Written English.
