About Trackk

Trackk is building India's freshest, fastest stock trading platform designed for the 18–30 audience. We move fast, experiment constantly, and care deeply about culture, design, and growth loops—not just traditional marketing.

We're looking for someone who lives online, understands what Gen Z resonates with, and can turn ideas into viral campaigns, ads, and growth experiments.

This role is for
creative thinkers, culture nerds, meme lovers, storytellers, and growth hackers
—not just marketers.

Experience matters, but
curiosity matters more.

Role Overview

You'll drive creative growth initiatives across social, ads, content, and experiments. The focus is on
ideas → execution → data → iteration.
Not slides.

You'll work closely with founders, product, and design to create narratives and campaigns that get

people talking and downloading.

What You'll Do

  • Brainstorm and execute
    creative ad campaigns for Instagram & short-form platforms
  • Turn cultural moments, memes, financial trends & Gen Z behaviour into content
  • Run
    fast experiments
    across copies, hooks, formats, landing pages, influencers, and loops
  • Track and optimise campaign performance across channels
  • Ideate growth hacks and viral loops beyond paid marketing—referrals, content, community
  • Work with design teams to translate ideas into high-quality creatives
  • Build insights from data, cohorts, and user behaviour
  • Constantly research what's working at leading tech & culture-first brands globally

What We're Looking For

  • Strong intuition about
    Gen Z culture, internet trends, memes, reels, and youth behaviour
  • Can turn raw ideas into content scripts, copy, hooks, and campaigns
  • Can write creatively and communicate ideas clearly
  • Curious, experimental mindset; not afraid to ship fast
  • Experience in a
    B2C consumer-facing brand
    is a huge plus
  • Ability to think end-to-end: idea → creative → ad → funnel → metrics

Bonus (Not Mandatory, but Big Plus)

  • Has run
    Meta + Google Ads / UAC / performance campaigns
  • Worked in fintech, trading, crypto, gaming, or consumer apps
  • Has worked on campaigns that scaled organically or paid
  • Experience with influencer strategy or social communities
