One of our primary services will be the provision of free cataract surgeries.

By providing these surgeries, we aim to alleviate the heavy healthcare cost burden too often place on those least able to bear it. It is our heartfelt endeavour to aid approximately 50,000 patients annually, providing them with a chance to see the world clearer and live a fuller life.

We are searching for an experienced and dedicated **Operation Theatre Technicians (OT and CSSD)**, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operating theatres and maintaining patient safety during surgical procedures. He will ensure the proper functioning of critical equipment used in the operation theatre and conduct regular physical verification of all OT equipment to ensure everything is in working order. He will be responsible for assisting surgeons during surgical procedures.

**Responsibilities**

**Record Keeping**:Maintenance of operation theatre records

**Supply and Infrastructure Management**:Responsible for fumigation and culture of operation theatres and maintaining relevant documentation as per NABH compliances and Regulate OT temperature and humidity according to established protocols. Confirm that all necessary instruments and medications are stocked and loaded on the trolley for surgery. Maintaining and accounting of IOL library & OT store and Timely submissions of requisitions as per defined timelines will be a part of the responsibility. Preparing the operating room for surgical procedures by ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working order.

Preparing the patient for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting the surgical site and positioning the patient on the operating table

**Should Possess**
- Good knowledge of autoclaving, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical equipment.
- Cleaning, fogging of operation theatre.
- Able to handle various OT related machinery and equipment.
- Maintaining inventory.
- Preference will be given to person with pervious eye OT experience.
- Understanding of patient care management, flow and well familiar with Quality Management tools and indicators
- Strong team player capabilities and have the skills to effectively guide and mentor a team.

Qualifications: Diploma in OT Technology

Experience: 1 year (Minimum)
