Job Purpose:
The Production Executive will oversee and manage daily production activities at the Galvanized Iron (GI) plant to ensure optimal productivity, product quality, safety compliance, and adherence to production schedules. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations, meeting production targets, and optimizing plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production processes and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards for GI products (e.g., galvanization thickness, coating uniformity, etc.).
- Perform regular checks and inspections to ensure product quality at different stages of production.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
- Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Identify opportunities for improving machine uptime, reducing downtime, and minimizing scrap.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements based on performance data.
- Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety checks to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to the galvanizing process.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials (e.g., steel coils, chemicals).
- Monitor inventory levels and report any material shortages or overstock situations.
- Manage labor resources efficiently to ensure smooth production operations.
- Supervise production operators and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Address and resolve any personnel or operational issues that arise during the production shift.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, quality issues, and material usage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management on production performance, efficiency, and issues.
- Document and report any deviations from production schedules, quality standards, or safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a GI plant or similar manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of galvanizing processes, plant operations, and production planning.
- Experience in managing teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
