**Routine Maintenance**:

- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on air conditioning systems including 3 Phase Package units, Cooling Tower, Pumps, Single Phase AC units
- Clean and replace air filters, and check refrigerant levels.
- Lubricate motors, bearings, and other moving parts.
- Inspect electrical components, wiring, and connections.
- **System Diagnostics**:

- Use diagnostic tools to assess system performance.
- Identify potential problems and areas requiring repair or replacement.
- Conduct performance tests and system evaluations.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**:

- Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
- Replace faulty parts, such as compressors, fans, and thermostats.
- Fix refrigerant leaks and recharge systems as needed.
- Ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their AC system issues and maintenance needs.
- Provide expert advice on system care and performance optimization.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide high-quality customer service.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Provide detailed reports on system performance and recommendations for further action.
- Update service logs and client records.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Order and replenish supplies as necessary.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
- Proven experience as an AC Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
