We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to support our technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems for students, faculty, and staff.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems across our school. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently to support our educational mission.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals (e.g., desktops, laptops, projectors, printers, and interactive whiteboards).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems, in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on school IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist faculty and staff with technical support requests, including software setup and user account management.
- Set up and support classroom technology, such as smartboards, tablets, and learning management systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security protocols and ensure data protection.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and report on system performance or upgrades needed.
- Provide basic training to staff and students on using school technology effectively.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with networking basics (e.g., Wi-Fi, LAN, TCP/IP) and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Experience with educational technology (e.g., interactive whiteboards, learning management systems) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
