**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Monitor and manage food stock levels to prevent wastage.
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and take on additional tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commis 2 or similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in food preparation.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
