**1. Food Preparation & Cooking**
- Assist in preparing ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, etc.) under the supervision of senior chefs (Commis I, CDP, or Sous Chef).
- Cook assigned dishes according to recipe standards and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure portion sizes, presentation, and seasoning meet restaurant standards.

**2. Station Management**
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned kitchen station.
- Ensure all mise en place (preparation) is complete before service starts.
- Stock ingredients and ensure they are fresh and well-organized.

**3. Hygiene & Safety**
- Follow HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
- Keep kitchen equipment, counters, and tools clean at all times.
- Report any hygiene or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.

**4. Collaboration with Team**
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
- Assist Commis I and senior chefs when needed for multi-tasking or special dishes.

**5. Inventory and Stock Control**
- Monitor stock levels at your station and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Avoid wastage by using ingredients efficiently and following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

**6. Training & Development**
- Learn new recipes and techniques from senior chefs to improve cooking skills.
- Participate in internal training sessions for skill enhancement.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
